As a Master of Photography and Qualified Member of the NZ Institute of Professional Photography Bruce has signed up to the NZIPP Code of Ethics.

 The benefit of this is that you can be assured that all our dealings with you will be fair and ethical and that we will display a high level of professionalism at all times. This is part of our commitment to excellence.

There are professional photographers and there those who call themselves photographers. Just because someone has a good camera doesn't mean they're a good photographer. Just the same as  if you have a typewriter - it doesn't make you Hemingway.

Why would you trust your precious memories to someone who was less than a Master of their profession?

 

Past Customer surveys: Our wedding photography rates as exceptional!

At Fine Photography we take customer satisfaction seriously. So seriously in fact that  we conduct periodic surveys of our past wedding customers to seek their feedback about the products and services they received from us. The results speak for themselves... 

 

Customer Survey

We mailed out a survey form to every couple who had purchased a full wedding package in the year (July 2002-July 2003.  Survey response rate was 58%.

• All respondents said the quality of their photography was either exceptional (93%) or very good (7%).
   
• All said the style of their photography was either exceptional (86%) or very good (14%).
   
• All said the quality of their wedding album was either exceptional (92%) or very good (8%).
   
• No respondents rated any of the above areas as good, OK or poor (see survey details).
   
• 100% of respondents said that they would happily recommend our services.
