15 March 2013 - It can be
fun making a living from photographing weddings but it can also
be hard work! One of the things that keeps me going as a
photographer is that nice feeling when I know I've made someone
very happy. Like the email I received from a recent bride, Kare:
"You were amazing the minute you
walked in the door automatically knowing the names of my family
- very impressive!
One of our favourite parts of the day was at the beach. It was
so much fun. You played a huge part in that and it was really
neat to share that with you. You made it really easy for us,
especially reminding me to breathe (slowly) which was very
helpful and needed at times - really supportive - thank you!
I really wanted to thank you as you played an enormous part of
our special day and in making our day as amazing, fantastic and
fun as it was."

1 March 2013 - Indian
weddings - you have to love them! At times I think I'm living in
a Bollywood movie! Recent posts on our facebook page include
photos of
Rhian and Ruma's Indian wedding
which was held just after Christmas at... well all around
Auckland actually. And just posted a few days ago, a preview of
the photos from
Nicol and Kunal's Indian wedding
which was held in the stunning clifftop location of
Castaways a week ago. We now have 50 weddings posted
in albums on our facebook page - almost starting to rival our
website wedding photogallery in numbers.
